Michael Edward Taylor II

Michael Edward Taylor II, a.k.a. Mike, 69. Of Coolville. Ohio, and surrounding areas, passed away on Friday, March 21, 2025. Mike was born on December 24, 1955, in Covington, Kentucky to Elmer (Eddie) Taylor and Kathleen (Marie) Alkire/Taylor.

Mike was self-employed as an auto mechanic and loved fast cars. He was also a very skilled woodworker and made several pieces of furniture and display/clock units. Mike also had an appreciation for being able to create art through the use of colored pencils. He also loved his dogs, especially CoCo.

Mike is preceded in death by both sets of Maternal and Paternal Grandparents, his Mother and Father. He is also preceded by his older brother known as Baby Mike and his nephew Gregory Allen Smith and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Mike is survived by his brother Ralph (Doug) Taylor, his sister Pamela Taylor/Bradley, his brother David Taylor, and his sister Angela Taylor/Cundiff (Jim). He is also survived by his best friend Earl Tucker, and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

There will be a “Celebration of Life” Memorial service held at Coolville United Methodist Church in Coolville, Ohio. Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, April 12, 2025.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Mid-Ohio Valley Cremation Society.
