Ralph McCloy

Ralph McCloy, 87, of Parkersburg, WV, passed away Oct. 14th at 3:10 a.m. at the home of his daughter and son-in-law, Mike & Julie Smith of Belmont, WV.

The family will be hosting a Celebration of Life honoring Ralph on Thursday Oct. 17th at 4 p.m. at The Family Life Center at First Baptist Church, St. Marys with Pastor Joshua French officiating. In lieu of flowers make donations to the Fathers House, 1305 Washington Blvd., Belpre, Ohio 45714.
