Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Aug. 22:

* Jessica Denise Marshall, 65942 St. Rt. 124, Reedsville, Ohio, pleaded guilty to reckless driving and fined $286.48. She had a charge of DUI less than .150 dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Daniel Judd Dobson, 534 5th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, obstruction with threats of harm, fined $352.96 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation with a credit of seven days for time served and five days in jail which was ruled as time served. A charge of fleeing was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Michael Allen Bailey, 418 4th Ave., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of breaking and entering a non-residence. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Billy James Peck,1041 24th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no license and fined $376.48. A charge of having no insurance was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Natasha Elaine Sandlin, Parkersburg, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice.

* Christopher Maurice Davis, 825 Allyn St., Akron, Ohio, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic or meth. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Donoven Robert Adams, 210 Westwood Way, Washington, W.Va., had a charge of violating a protective order dismissed.

* Michael Austin Gallagher, Parkersburg, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed.

* Christina Dawn Rigsby, 47 Cowan Lane, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to battery and fined $286.48.

* Christian Allen Rivera, 902 Williams Ave., Williamstown, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and fined $226.48.

* Liam Zane Tidd, 26956 Ridge Road, Coolville, had charges of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription and having no insurance dismissed after successfully completing a deferred sentence agreement.

* Zachery Benjamin Leasure,1314 36th St., Parkersburg, had a charge of contributing to the delinquency dismissed after successfully completing a deferred sentence agreement.

* Braiden Michael Anthony Caplinger, 466 Muskingum Drive, Marietta, pleaded guilty to reckless driving, fined $576.48 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one month of unsupervised probation. A charge of speeding (110 mph in a 70 mph zone) was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Christopher Joseph Gilbert,189 East Pike St., Clarksburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $196.48. He was ordered to pay a $193.68 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Parkersburg.

* McKenzie Don Johnson,1232 Swann St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without evidence of registration and fined $276.48. A charge of operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Brayden Lako Kiser, 5572 Old St. Marys Pike, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $186.48. A charge of operating a vehicle without evidence of registration was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Joshua Aurther Goodwin, 39 Triana Lane, Parkersburg, had charges of second-offense driving on a suspended license and having no insurance dismissed after successfully completing a deferred sentence agreement.

* Marco Keenan Harmon Halfhill, 1313 Ninth St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48. A charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Thomas Robert Buffington, 11290 Dupont Road, Washington, W.Va., pleaded guilty to contributing to the delinquency of a child and fined $226.48.

* Michelle Renee Allman, 1101 George St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of fraudulent use of an access device and released on $2,000 bond.

* Ashley Renee Curry-Vaughn, 116 Canterbury Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of child neglect and held on $5,000 bond.

* Zachery Hart Mcdonald, 800 28th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of destruction of property and released on $1,000 bond.

* Rex Franklin Hutson Jr., 1010 Johnson Run Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstruction during an investigation in giving a false statement and driving on a suspended license and released on $1,000 bond.

* Robert Lee Woodring, 810 River Ave. 12b, Bronx, N.Y. was arraigned on charges of obstruction, disorderly conduct and failure to render information and held on $1,000 bond.

* Tana Kay Senften, 1701 Dewey St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to selling/providing tobacco to someone under 21 and fined $426.48.

* Jasiah Latrel Connor, 1232 Swann St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to expired registration and fined $181.48. He had a charge of having no insurance dismissed. He also pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48. He had a charge of driving a vehicle without an inspection certificate dismissed.

* Jamario Dionte Mester, 738 Long Bayou Lane, Shrevepon, La., pleaded guilty to public intoxication and fined $226.48. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed.
