Washington County Grand Jury issues new round of indictments
MARIETTA — The Washington County Grand Jury indicted 24 people Wednesday on a variety of charges.
Those indicted included:
* Samantha Nicholle Miller, 31, 4216 Jefferson St., Parkersburg; aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, from April.
* Joseph Andrew Russ, 37, 3023 12th St. NW, Canton; trafficking in cocaine, first-degree felony; possession of cocaine, first-degree felony; and aggravated possession of drugs, third-degree felony, from July 2023.
* Charles Ray Mackey, 42, 2106 ½ Ave., Parkersburg, possession of fentanyl-related compound, third-degree felony, from August 2023.
* Jeremy Wade Carpenter, 39, 111 W. Montgomery St.. Lot 2, Marietta; aggravated trafficking in drugs, third-degree felony; aggravated possession of drugs, third-degree felony; and operating a vehicle with a hidden compartment used to transport controlled substances, fourth-degree felony, from July 2023.
* Isaac Donte Blair, 28, 404 Fulton St., Marietta; aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony from September 2023.
* Markie Marie White, 35, 950 Nantucket Circle NE, Apt. A, Alliance; possession of cocaine, fifth-degree felony, from September 2023.
* Co-defendants Branden Dwight Ramage, 30, 1045 Sandhill Road Lot 32, Marietta, and Makayla Lynn Wright, 28, 1045 Sandhill Road, Lot 32, Marietta; one count each of aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony, from September 2023.
* David William Mowery, 53, 333 Old School Lane, Fleming; strangulation, fourth-degree felony; domestic violence, fourth-degree felony; and disrupting public services, fourth-degree felony, from October.
* Roger Aaron Adams Jr., 41, 1902 Sandhill Road, Marietta; domestic violence, fourth-degree felony, from September.
* Michael Ryan Fortney, 28, 822 Belrock Ave., Apt 1, Belpre; felonious assault, second-degree felony; domestic violence, first-degree misdemeanor; and aggravated menacing, first-degree misdemeanor, from October.
* Robert Allan Scott, 44, 3049 Two Mile Run Road, Cutler; domestic violence, third-degree felony, from October.
* Joel Jerry Dotson, 46, 697 Hill Road, Cutler; felonious assault, second-degree felony, from October.
* Mark Anthony Hart, 33, 434 Douglas Ave., Marietta; aggravated trafficking in drugs, fourth-degree felony; and engaging in prostitution, first-degree misdemeanor, from October.
* Co-defendants Charles Christopher Danel, 35, 3633 W. 130th St., Cleveland, and Tommy Frank-Alvin Cobble Jr., 41, 3809 Marvin Ave., Cleveland; one count each of aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony, from August.
* Lisa M. Slagle, 36, 536 Millgate Road, Unit B, Marietta, aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony; and possession of cocaine, fifth-degree felony, from August 2023.
* Dustin Lee McKnight, 39, last known address 8230 State Route 60, Lowell; attempted tampering with evidence, fourth-degree felony; and possessing criminal tools, fifth-degree felony, from Nov. 15.
* Darrell Robert Poole, 34, 730 N Seventh St., Marietta; forgery, fifth-degree felony; aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony; tampering with evidence, third-degree felony; and tampering with evidence, third-degree felony, from July.
* Raivaun Vidal Howard, 30, 447 E. Seventh Ave., Tarentum, Pa.; receiving stolen property, fourth-degree felony; obstructing official business, fifth-degree felony; and resisting arrest, second-degree misdemeanor from, October.
* Michael Todd Clinton, 53, 608 Midway Acres Drive, Ripley; possession of fentanyl-related compound, fifth-degree felony, from July.
* Katherine Louise Bartimus, 43, 2288 Sealy Ridge Road, Vincent; failure to appear as required by recognizance, fourth-degree felony, from October.
* Anthony C. Fulton, 36, in custody at the Washington County Jail; failure to comply with order or signal of police officer, third-degree felony; and receiving stolen property, fourth-degree felony, from Nov. 24.
* Christopher Lee Watson, 37, 965 Gilman Ave., Marietta; domestic violence, third-degree felony; and endangering children, fourth-degree felony, from Nov. 5.
