Why Are We In This Budget Crisis?

People forget that this is last year's budget and it should have been passed last year when the democrats controlled all three branches of our government. Voting "present" for political reasons hurts our country as we are all seeing. The democrats didn't have the guts to pass a budget when they had the votes and now, typically, they try to spin it as the republican's fault. Every democrat congressman who helped create this crisis, instead of doing their job, should be impeached.
