Dorothy Lou Bradley, 75, of Washington, W.Va., died Nov. 20, 2013, at Ravenswood Care Center, Ravenswood, W.Va.
She was born Jan. 23, 1938 at Cokeley's, W.Va., the daughter of the late Roy and Coca Tibbs Simmons.
Dorothy was a homemaker and a member of Fairlawn Baptist Church, Parkersburg. She was a graduate of Cairo High School in 1956 and was an active alumni member.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Marvin C. Bradley; three children, Eric R. Bradley of Alexandria, Va., Cheryl Ankrom (Steve) of Land O Lakes, Fla., and Jay Bradley of Parkersburg; six grandchildren, Joshua and Samantha Bradley, Brad and Matt Ankrom and Griffin and Isaac Bradley; two brothers, Jim Simmons (Barb) of Harrisville and Raymond Simmons of Camano Island, Wash.
She was preceded in death by a brother Robert Simmons and sister, Helen Gilmore.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 23, at Raiguel Funeral Home, Cairo with Darrell Tackett officiating. Burial will follow in the Cairo Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Friday from 5-8 p.m.
