J. Howard Keffer, 73, of Parkersburg, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Sept. 9, 2013, at his home.
He was born on April 13, 1940, in Wetzel County, W.Va., the son of the late Chester A. and Ina Mae Flesher Keffer.
He graduated from PHS, worked at O Ames, Viscose and Willow Island. He retired from Jimmie Harper Construction. He loved and cared for his family and friends.
