PARKERSBURG - Three hearing took place Wednesday in Wood County Circuit Court.
* Charles Russell Conrad, 21, 2305 16th Ave., Apt. 8, Vienna, was sentenced after his guilty plea to charges of forgery, uttering and fraudulent use of an access device as charged by the January 2012 grand jury.
Judge J.D. Beane sentenced him to one to 10 years in jail with credit for 622 days served for forgery, one to 10 years for uttering with credit for 622 days served and five years for fraudulent use of an access device with credit for 622 days served to be served concurrently. Because he has completed the Anthony Center program, he was placed on probation for five years.
* Travis Scott McCall, 34, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, entered a plea agreement to plead guilty to a charge of operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory as charged by the May 2013 grand jury. His sentencing was delayed by Beane because he has been admitted to the West Central Drug Court.
* Ricky Gene Newell, 52, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, was granted a motion to set his final hearing on a petition to revoke his home confinement. Beane set the hearing for 9:30 a.m. Sept. 16.
