Blame irresponsible pet owners

Parkersburg News and Sentinel

In response to "Feral Cats a problem," a potential property buyer had issues with feral cats on or near the property. Save a Kitty Feral Cat Program is a spay/neuter group that helps local residents who are feeding the cats. We do not feed feral cats, the residents do. We work very hard to raise funds to sterilize the cats they are feeding. To date, over 3,400 cats have been altered through our TNR program. Multiply that by two litters per year at 4-6 kittens each litter and I can promise you there are way less feral and free-roaming cats.
