Pauline M. Snyder, 90, of Parkersburg, passed away Sunday, June 9, 2013, at the Arbors of Marietta.
She was born May 16, 1923, in Akron, Ohio, a daughter of the late Anthony and Catherine (Artale) Clemente. She was retired from O'Ames. She was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church for over 60 years and was a member of the Rosary Altar Society. She enjoyed spending time with her family, watching sports and playing bingo and bowling.
She is survived by her sons, Michael Snyder (Tracy) of Memphis, Tenn., Patrick Snyder of Humble, Texas, and Paul Snyder (Julie) of Grove City, Ohio; daughters, Cathryn Wildt (Tim) of Richmond, Va., and Anita Petrella (John) of Vienna; a brother, Bart Clemente (Carol) of Stow, Ohio; 13 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Jasper Clemente, and sister, Toni Ginetti.
Services will be Thursday, 11 a.m., at the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, with Father Casey Mahone as Celebrant. Visitation will be Wednesday from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. with a Rosary Service at 8 p.m. at the Leavitt Funeral Home Parkersburg. Burial will be at Mt. Carmel Catholic Cemetery.
