MARIETTA - Marietta Police are investigating the death of a 55-year old Harmar Street resident, but foul play is not suspected.
Police Capt. Jeff Waite said the man was found dead by his brother, who lived with him at 105 Harmar St., on Thursday. Officers found nothing to lead them to believe the man died of anything other than natural causes, he said, but the body has been sent to the Montgomery County Coroner's Office for an autopsy, in part due to the man's age.
"It doesn't appear to be suspicious, but 55 is not old by any means," Waite said.
The incident remains under investigation.
