Ron Jalbert was elected to replace Jim Asbury on the board as secretary. Asbury did not attend the meeting but previously told Roedersheimer he had taken on too many responsibilities and would no longer be able to serve on the board. Sam Baldwin was elected treasurer for the board to replace Charles Harris.
Harris, along with Glenn Henson and Bill McClure, will remain board members.
Board officials discussed work on the train trestle and the lack of interruption to the daily bus routes.
"It was good to see the (work with the) train trestle didn't interrupt things," Fetty said.
Thomas said he was impressed by the work the Parkersburg Police Department and CSX Transportation workers did over the several days they spent improving the rail system.
Jalbert said he was pleased with the maintenance of the new buses.
"It's good to see buses are running with no problems at all," Jalbert said.
Bus ridership was up almost 2 percent for March compared to last year at the same time.
