The bride-to-be is the daughter of Daniel and Sara Jacques of Zephyrhills, Fla. She is the granddaughter of Martha Vincent of Parkersburg. She is the mother of Tiffanee, Mallory, Holly and Emalie of Parkersburg, and the grandmother of Raelyn Phillips. She is employed by Highmark.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Carolyn and James Conley of Elizabeth, W.Va., and the late Richard L. Rader. He is the father of Michael, Brittany and Chelsie of Parkersburg. He is employed by Pepsi Co. and the West Virginia Army National Guard.

An open wedding is planned for March 30 at the National Guard Armory in Parkersburg, with Pastor Joe Ward officiating. A reception will follow. The couple will reside in Vienna.
