Tara Williams and Robert Flinn announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Beverly Ann Williams and Roy Franklin Williams Jr. of Cross Lanes. She is a 2006 graduate of Nitro High School and 2011 graduate of West Virginia State University with a degree in elementary education. She is working as a Title One specialist at Malden Elementary in Charleston.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Rosalie Flinn and Charlie Flinn of Belpre. He is a 2002 graduate of Parkersburg South High School and 2007 graduate of West Virginia State University. He is a 2009 graduate of the West Virginia State Police Academy and is a police officer and K9-handler at the Hurricane Police Department.
