Charles Jackson "Jack" Farra Sr., 66, of Sandyville, W.Va., passed away Feb. 23, 2013, at Camden Clark Medical Center, Parkersburg, following an extended illness.
Service will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at Casto Funeral Home Chapel, Evans. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
