Ron and Ellen Owens, of Parkersburg announce the engagement of their daughter, Kerri Owens, to Greg Buck, son of Betty Peck of Parkersburg.
The bride-to-be is a 2005 graduate of Parkersburg High School and a 2009 graduate of the University of Charleston with a degree in chemistry.
The prospective bridegroom is a 1987 graduate of Sistersville High School and is a self-employed IT Consultant in the Mid-Ohio Valley.
