Brooks H. Powell, 64, of Brandon, Fla., entered into rest Jan. 16, 2013.
He retired from the U.S. Air Force after 20 years of service. He worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant for the next 20 years.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth; three sons; and six grandchildren. He was predeceased by his father and mother, Edmund Lee and Mary Powell.
