Denny and Sissy Blair of Waverly, W.Va., celebrated their 40th anniversary Jan. 20.
They were married by the late Rev. Raymond Keeper on Jan. 20, 1973.
She is the daughter of Thomas and Elsie Bornon of Waverly.
