Frank and Ruby Sellers celebrated their 50th anniversary.
They were married Dec. 23, 1962, at St. Marys United Methodist Church with Pastor Alva T. Stewart officiating. Attendants were Carolyn Ashkar, sister of the groom, and Clarence (Sandy) Hancock, friend of the groom.
They have two children, Elaine (Rex) Evans of Anderson, S.C., and Steven Sellers of St. Marys.

They have four grandchildren, Gunner Sellers of St. Marys, Cody and Kaitley Sellers of Cottageville, S.C., and Carissa Evans of Anderson.
A reception in their honor was hosted by their children Dec. 8, 2012, at Pine Grove Baptist Church in Parkersburg, with many friends and family in attendance.
