Robin and Joan Swinsburg of Belpre announce the engagement of their daughter, Laura Beth Swinsburg, to Andrew Charles Madonio, son of Charles and Nancy Madonio of Kent, Ohio.
The bride-to-be is a 2003 graduate of Warren High School, a 2007 graduate of Malone University with a degree in early childhood education and a 2009 graduate of Malone University with a master's degree in counseling. She is a school counselor for Manatee School for the Arts in Palmetto, Fla.
The prospective bridegroom is a 1999 graduate of Roosevelt High School in Kent, and a 2003 graduate of Kent State University with degrees in business and accounting. He is an Insurance agent for the Brimfield Insurance Co. in Kent.
