Together with their parents, Taryn Elizabeth Davis and Ryan Dean Small announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Christy Vaughn of Parkersburg. She is the granddaughter of James and Regena Davis of Washington, Va. She is a 2012 graduate of Parkersburg South High School and is attending West Virginia University of Parkersburg.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Marvin and Lisa Small of Mineral Wells.

He is the grandson of Norman and Nina Allman of Mineral Wells and Dean and Grace Small of Belleville. He is a 2010 graduate of Parkersburg South High School and is employed at Peoples Cartage.
A 2014 wedding is planned.
