PARKERSBURG - A woman accused of the felony use of a debit card that didn't belong to her is the first Warrant of the Week for 2013 by the Parkersburg Police Department.
The department is looking for Ashley Nichole Dowler, 23, 2022 16th St., Parkersburg, for felony fraudulent use of an access device, Sgt. Greg Collins, department spokesman, said.
A complaint filed in Wood County Magistrate Court said on Dec. 12, Dowler used a debit card belonging to another person without their knowledge or consent to obtain $450 from an ATM.
