Tiffany Joanne Allen Payne, 21, of White Oak, N.C., formerly of Parkersburg, died Wednesday, Dec. 19th, in Louisiana.
She was born the daughter of Sarah Anne Allen Slaughter, and the late Robert Marshall "Bear" Allen. She attended Fellowship Bible Church of Elizabethtown, N.C.
Tiffany is survived by her daughter, Zephra AnnaLynn Payne of White Oak, N.C.; mother, Sarah Ahart Allen Slaughter and her husband Allen R. Slaughter Jr. of White Oak, N.C.; sisters, Clarissa Allen and Allison Slaughter of White Oak, N.C., Theresa Slaughter of Columbia, S.C. and Stephanie Slaughter of Baltimore, Md.; brothers, Matthew and David Slaughter of White Oak, N.C. and Nicholas Slaughter of Hyattsville, Md.; paternal grandparents, Jeanie and Gene Crites of Mineral Wells, W.Va.; and maternal grandparents, Jerry and Joan Ahart of White Oak, N.C.; aunt and uncle, Christina and Kenny Lumeyer of Parkersburg, W.Va. and Laura and Jon Ahart of Fuquay Varina, N.C.; aunt, Vicky Ault of White Oak, N.C.; and one nephew, Anthony Allen of White Oak, N.C. She is preceded in death by her father, Robert Marshall "Bear" Allen of Parkersburg, W.Va.; paternal grandfather, Marshall Floyd "Pete" Allen of Parkersburg, W.Va.; paternal great-grandparents, Bob and Mickey Collins of Parkersburg, W.Va. and Floyd and Minnie Allen of Parkersburg, W.Va.; maternal great-grandparents, Roy and Edith Ahart of Edgelawn, W.Va. and James and Lula Modesitt of Parkersburg, W.Va.; and uncle, Allen Ault of Washington, W.Va.
A memorial service will be held for family and friends 11 a.m. Saturday at Broadway Church of the Nazarene.
