PARKERSBURG - Four sentencings and a plea were heard Thursday in Wood County Circuit Court.
* Brett Logan Wells, 19, 1669 Lake Hills Court, Parkersburg, was sentenced after his October guilty plea to possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver as charged by the September 2012 grand jury. He was sentenced by Judge J.D. Beane to six months to two years at the Anthony Center for Youthful Offenders. He is free on bond awaiting placement at the Anthony Center.
* Lisa Ann Hoffman, 39, 104 Dee St., Waverly, was sentenced after her October plea to a charge of uttering as charged by the September 2012 grand jury. Beane sentenced her to one to 10 years in prison with credit for 182 days served.
* Jeremy Scott Henthorn, 25, 80 Middle Ridge Lane, Waverly, was sentenced after his October plea to destruction of property as charged by the May 2012 grand jury. Judge Jeffrey Reed sentenced him to one to 10 years in prison with credit for 279 days to be served on home confinement after a motion for probation or alternative sentencing was granted.
* Cristal Coon, 31, 105 Tripplett Road, Spencer, was sentenced after her Oct. 23 plea to a charge of operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory. She was sentenced by Reed to one to five years in prison with 226 days served. A motion for probation or alternative sentencing was denied. Her co-defendant, Derek Miller, 30, was sentenced to one to five years in prison with credit for 226 days served Wednesday by Reed after his plea to a charge of conspiracy to operate or attempt to operate a clandestine drug laboratory as charged by the grand jury on July 12, 2012.
* Delbert Ray Hall, 30, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, entered a plea agreement to plead guilty to a bill of information charging him with third-offense shoplifting. He was sentenced to one to 10 years in prison with credit for 54 days served. A motion for probation or alternative sentencing was denied by Reed.
