Rachel Stevens Smith, 89, widow of Lester H. Smith, passed away Dec. 18, 2012, at Carehaven of Pleasants.
Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Ingram Funeral Home, St. Marys, W.Va. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Thursday, and from 10-11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
