PARKERSBURG - A woman listed Wednesday morning as the Parkersburg Police Department's Warrant of the Week was arrested later in the day at the Salvation Army, officials said.

Ruby Lois Treadway, 40, 875 Staunton Turnpike, Parkersburg, was arrested by detectives after investigators received a call regarding her whereabouts shortly after noon, police spokesman Sgt. Greg Collins said.

She was accused of using a stolen credit card on Nov. 29 to make purchases at four stores in the area, Collins said. Treadway is accused of four felonies for the fraudulent use of an access device, Collins said.
