PARKERSBURG - A Parkersburg woman Monday was charged with the fraudulent use of an access device by the Parkersburg Police Department.
Amber Dawn Farnsworth, 26, 1710 Park St., is accused of using the victim's debit card through the West Virginia Central Credit Union and making numerous cash withdrawals between July and September totaling more than $1,000, Sgt. Greg Collins, spokesman for the police department, said. The money was withdrawn from ATM machines in the area, he said.
The victim neither had knowledge nor approved of the withdrawals, Collins said.
