Police interviewed Draper, recovered some alleged stolen items and left the scene to continue their investigation.

A short time later, Collins said Draper allegedly phoned the 911 Center and threatened to shoot law enforcement if they were found on his property again.

"Officers returned to the residence, finding Draper standing at the door," Collins said. "Officers took cover and gave verbal commands for Draper to show his hands, which were allegedly answered with a profane refusal.

"Draper allegedly turned and began to enter his residence with officers deploying a Taser and taking him into custody without further incident."

Collins said Draper was taken to CCMC for medical clearance prior to processing and incarceration.

He was charged with obstructing, possession of stolen property and reporting a false emergency.

Draper was arraigned in Wood County Magistrate Court and released on a $2,000 bond.
