Ricky Dean (Rick) Stanley, 55, of Parkersburg, passed away Nov. 27, 2012, at his residence.
Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home of Belpre, Ohio, with Rob Collins officiating, and full military by American Legion Post 15 of Parkersburg. Visitation will be noon until the time of service Sunday.
