Carolyn Sue Speece, 64, of Parkersburg, W.Va., departed this life on Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2012, at Camden Clark Medical Center, Memorial Campus.
Carolyn was born Jan. 9, 1948 in Fayette County, W.Va., a daughter of the late Lewis Prather and Ethel (Gray) Carte. She spent her life as a homemaker for her loving family.
She is survived by her children, Dennis Ingram of Ansted, W.Va., Linda May of Kentucky, Kathleen Wright of Columbus, Ohio and Melissa Dotson, Drema Lemley and Walker C. Foster Jr., all of Parkersburg; three brothers; two sisters; 20 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Saturday at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg. In accordance to Carolyn's wishes, she will be cremated following the visitation.
