Break out the little forks for "Tiny Food Party" by Teri Lyn Fisher and Jenny Park.
The authors come up with tiny food appetizers and menus to present at parties (or make every day a party) with these bite-sized treats. And since most recipes serve between 20 and 40, you can feed a crowd!
The book is divided into Adorable Appetizers, Itty-Bitty Entrees, A Little Something Sweet and Darling Drinks. Each chapter also has a menu suggestion for a party.
Adorable Appetizers have recipes for Bite-Sized Caprese Skewers, Mini Kimchi Deviled Eggs, Mini Crab Cakes, One-Bite Onion Rings, Tiny Taquitos and more.
Itty-Bitty Entrees contain dishes like Addictive Arepas, Baby-Size Shepherd's Pies, Miniature Meat Loaves and Pint-Size Chicken 'n' Waffles.
A Little Something Sweet has recipes for Snack-Size Eclairs, Mini Homemade Pop Tarts, Tiny Fried Apple Pies and Cute Li'l Coconut Cakes.
Darling Drinks ends things with Itty-Bitty Bloody Marys, Petite Raspberry Champagne Cocktails, and more.
I made Snack-Size Beef Empanadas for dinner one evening. These little treats were made with crescent roll dough (or you can use pie crust like the recipe suggested,) hamburger, and a variety of seasoning. These little Spanish treats were a hit with everyone and filled us up despite their small size.
There's a lot of variety to choose from this book for snacks or parties and will sure to be a hit with your guests or your family, no matter what the palate!
"Tiny Food Party" is published by Quirk Books. It is $18.95.
