UP: To the arrest of three Wood County men for the brazen Oct. 30 break-in at the West Virginia State Police barracks in Harrisville. On Thursday, John M. Richards, 48; David C. Wine, 33; and William W. Estep II, 25, were charged with breaking into the evidence room at the barracks and stealing 31 pieces of evidence. If these three are found guilty, they should face stiff punishment for this crime.
