PARKERSBURG - Two people were featured as the Warrants of the Week on Wednesday by the Parkersburg Police Department.

Officers are looking for Annette Dawn McCoy, 38, 604 41st St., Vienna, who is accused of using another person's Huntington Bank card to make an unauthorized purchase on Oct.11 at a Seventh Street store, department spokesman Sgt. Greg Collins said. The charge, the unauthorized use of an access device, is a felony.

The department also is looking for Norman Ratliff, 58, 1012 George St., Parkersburg, on the misdemeanor charge of joyriding. A criminal complaint filed in Wood County Magistrate Court said on Oct. 25 Ratliff took another person's 1988 Jeep without permission. Ratliff later wrecked the vehicle, Collins said.
