I got to try several different recipes from this book for me and the girls. We tried the Crispy, Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole with Bacon. The girls thoroughly enjoyed the combination of potatoes, sour cream, bacon and cheese, while I was lukewarm about the dish. We all enjoyed the Cheesy Cheeseburger Casserole with ricotta cheese, sour cream and tomato sauce. Finally, I had a craving for cheesecake and made the Banana Pudding Cheesecake.
It really tasted like a mixture of banana pudding and cheesecake and was very rich but delectable!
