Violet Alma Redman Myers, 85, of Belpre, formerly of Ripley, passed away Nov. 1, 2012, at Camden Clark Medical Center.
She was born June 26, 1927, at Kentuck, W.Va., a daughter of the late Willie and Anna Good Redman.
She was a retired LPN.
She is survived her longtime companion, James D. "Jim" Montgomery; sons, Chester Randolph of Flatrock, W.Va., and Dorsel Randolph of Long Bottom, Ohio; daughters, Maggie Randolph of Tempe, Ariz., Bonita Totten of Little Hocking, Ohio, Sandra Piersol of Belpre, Ohio, and Alma Jean Harter of Parkersburg; brother, Doy Redman of Ripley; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Dayton Redman, Dallas Redman, Shirley Redman and Willard Redman; sisters, Velva Randolph and Hattie Faye Harrison; and grandchildren, Michael "Mickey" Randolph and Theresa Jo Litton.
In honoring her wishes, she will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
