PARKERSBURG- Three revocations were heard Fridayin Wood County Circuit Court.
* April Marie Genger, 36, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, appeared for a home confinement revocation. A hearing was set for 2:30 p.m. Nov. 13 before Judge J.D. Beane.
She was placed on home confinement on Aug. 22, 2011 after she pleaded guilty to charges of petit larceny and forgery. In December 2011, her home confinement was revoked and she was place back on home confinement in January 2012 on the condition she enroll in a treatment program and the day report center.
* Samuel Lee Allen, 21, 5595 Dupont Road, Washington, W.Va., appeared for a probation revocation and was granted a motion by Judge Robert Waters for placement at the Anthony Center for Youthful Offenders for a term of six months to two years.
* Eric Jordon Swihart, 27, 2011 10th Ave., Parkersburg, was ordered to finish the remainder of his sentence on home confinement after his probation was revoked by Judge Jeffrey Reed. He was placed on three years probation on April 19, 2010 after he pleaded guilty to delivery of a controlled substance as charged by the May 2009 grand jury.
