Rebecca Ann Smith, 59, of Looneyville, W.Va., departed this life on Oct. 27, 2012, at the St. Francis Hospital in Charleston, W.Va.
Per her request, the body was cremated. A graveside memorial service will be held 3 p.m. Saturday at the Clover Cemetery.
Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home, Spencer, is in charge of arrangements.
