David and Alicia Fleak of Washington announce the engagement of their daughter, Kaylea Courtney Fleak, to Ricky Alan Radcliff, son of Michael and Brenda Radcliff of Parkersburg.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Edna and Richard Drillien of Vienna and the late Rev. Uriah Lane and Pearl and Opal Fleak. She is a 2011 graduate of Parkersburg South High School and a student at West Virginia University at Parkersburg. She is employed at the Bureau of Public Debt.
The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of Delmas and Carolyn Radcliff of Washington and Lloyd and Betty Arnold of Parkersburg. He is the great-grandson of Ruth Johnson. He is a 2007 graduate of Parkersburg South High School and is employed at the Bureau of Public Debt.
