Edna Mae Weiford, 88, of Cincinnati, Ohio, formerly of Parkersburg, passed away Oct. 20, 2012, at Brookdale Place at Kenwood in Cincinnati, Ohio.
She was born in Parkersburg, the daughter of the late Clarence and Bertha Sommerville Taylor. She enjoyed flower gardening, antique glass collecting and her beloved pets of all shapes and sizes. She was a member of the St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church.
She is survived by her husband, Jack Weiford of Cincinnati; her children, Robert Weiford and wife Barbara of Vienna and Angela Trauth of Loveland, Ohio; her grandchildren, Michael Weiford, Andria Rexroad and Mark Weiford; her great-grandchildren, Austin and Hannah Weiford, Christopher and Benjamin Putnam, Ashley and Rachel Rexroad and Kyle and Katelyn Weiford. She was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Taylor; and her son-in-law, Louis Trauth.
Mass of Christian burial will be 10 a.m. today at the St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, with Monsignor Joseph Peterson as celebrant. A viewing will be held from 9-10 a.m. in the church vestibule prior to the Burial Mass. Burial will be in the Mount Olivet Cemetery.
