What has to be done to get people to stop blowing through school zones? Last Thursday I spoke with a member of the sheriff's department and was told they would look into sending someone out to Lubeck Elementary to monitor the situation. Well, here it is almost a week later and no one has shown up.
I know crime is probably a priority but so is the safety of the children. I spoke with the crossing guard and she told me she has called and the school has called.
Do I need to start posting my own signs? Do we need a petition? Someone please tell me what we need to do to prevent a tragic accident.
I did not make another call because obviously the first one was ignored!
