Could someone explain to my why the speed limit on Route 68 N and S is 45 miles per hour? It's a nice two lane-wide highway. Now, could some explain to my why the speed limit on County Road 34 (Lake Washington Road) is also 45 mph? This road is narrow and full of sharp curves, makes absolutely no sense.
