Eula E. Hall, 97, of Spencer, W.Va., died Oct. 7, 2012, at the Roane General Hospital in Spencer after an extended illness.
Service will be 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home, Spencer. Visitation is one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
