The ball, which will be 5:30-9 p.m. at the art center, is a joint event by the art center and the Actors' Guild of Parkersburg.
The event is aimed at the entire family with the theme "Fall Into the Arts." Tickets are $25 for adults, $15 for children ages 3-12 and $75 for a Family Ticket which includes up to two adults and the children all in the same household.

Fairy Tale costumes are encouraged, but not required to attend. Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by The Queen of Art who will preside over the evening.
Families will enjoy a buffet dinner, dancing, silent auction, theme-related games, crafts, teas and stories. In addition, a special activity will be announced every half hour by the Town Crier.
Another special feature will be the Fairy Tale Boutique where girls and boys may have their faces painted and hair styled. A small additional fee will be charged for this activity.
Throughout the evening, costumed characters will mingle with the guests and special photo opportunities will be available, along with other activities.
