Jill Williams and Brian Miller were united in marriage June 30 at the West Virginia Wesylan Chapel in Buckhannon, W.Va. The double-ring ceremony was performed by the Rev. Troy George.
The bride is the daughter of Ernie and Lynne Williams of Richwood, W.Va. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gene O'Dell and the late Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Williams Sr. She is a graduate of Richwood High School and West Virginia Wesleyan College.
The groom is the son of James and Elizabeth Knapp and Mark and Donna Miller of Parkersburg. He is the grandson of Mike and Ann Kormend and the late Bill and Mildred Miller. He is a graduate of Parkersburg High School, West Virginia Wesleyan College and the University of North Carolina.

The bride was given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father. She wore a champagne gown featuring a full A-line skirt and sweetheart neckline. Her shoes were shimmering champagne heels. The bride designed and carried a bouquet of broaches donated from friends and family.
Emily Reed of Denver, N.C., sister of the bride, served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Kissy DeRito of Richwood, cousin of the bride, Micah Farley of Mooresville, N.C., sorority sister, Rebecca Vandevander of Cornelius, N.C., friend of the bride, and Erica Motta of Reston, Va., sorority sister.
They wore tea-length coral party dresses with blush colored peep-toe heels. They carried a posey of coral spider mums with greenery and hand tied ribbon to match.
Ryan Powell of Columbus and Brian Williams of Parkersburg served as co-bestmen. Groomsmen were Joel Williams of Richwood, brother of the bride; Mike Workman of Mooresville, N.C., friend of the groom; and Peter Sandwall of Cincinnati, friend of the bride.
The groom wore a black tuxedo with matching black and white patent leather shoes. The groomsmen wore black suits with coral ties and a coral spray rose boutonniere.
The flower girl was Emma Reed and the ring bearer was Coleton Reed, niece and nephew of the bride.
Jen Moss, friend of the couple, sang "Home Among The Hills" during the ceremony.
A rehearsal dinner was held at the 88 Restaurant and the wedding reception was held at Lambert's Winery, where guests dined on a buffet of vegan and specialty entrees, salads, fresh fruit, cookies and wines.
Following a honeymoon to St. Lucia in the Caribbean, the couple will reside in Mooresville, N.C.
