Slade Nichols, 52, of Egypt Ridge in Spencer, W.Va., passed away suddenly at home on Sept. 23, 2012.
Per his request, the body was cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date. There will be no service or visitation at Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer.
