Regarding the abortion rebuttal letter from Michal DiClemente. The abortion issue is far from settled in God's eyes. Why do pagans misquote Holy Scripture to justify their lust for un-blessed, unprotected sex that inevitably results in an unwanted pregnancy and the murder of new life?
The twisted context that DiClemente uses to manipulate Genesis 2:7 would also allow first responders not to resuscitate anyone who has stopped breathing - claiming that God gives breath and God takes it away. This is beyond ignorant. It's evil. Using God's Word to justify the murder of the pure and angelic is both vile and foolish.
Which one will stand on Judgment Day and claim that you thought destroying the most pristine and helpless of God's children was a reasonable alternative to consenting teens and adults keeping their pants on? What kind of nation have we become when butchering babies is commonplace and the prevention of such sexual cannibalism is compared to forcing women into harems? What kind of maniacal parallel is that?
Here's a Scripture for DiClemente: "The body is the Temple of the Holy Spirit." Therefore the Lord has staked His claim on every body as the desired home of His Spirit. Hers included. Defiling and destroying His dwelling place for any contrived reason, including immoral sex and abortion, is a direct attack upon God. So, abortion advocates, before preaching evermore of your bloodthirsty swill, why don't you stop challenging God and try demanding from your ranks a little more self-control than infants and a moral standard a tad higher than the average stray mutt in heat.
