PARKERSBURG - After two weeks of deliberations, the Wood County September grand jury returned indictments against 49 individuals
Wood County Prosecutor Jason Wharton said there were no sealed indictments and only one not true bill was returned.
Those indicted by the grand jury and the charges are:
* Joshua P. Adams, 21, 821 18th St., Vienna, was indicted on three counts of delivery of a controlled substance during October and November 2011.
* Jesse Wayne Allen, 26, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on three counts each of burglary and grand larceny in April.
* Tyler James Ash, 20, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on eight counts of grand larceny during May and June and one count of escape in August.
* Daniel Armando Banales, 33, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on charges of breaking and entering from August.
* Jeff A. Brown, date of birth not provided, 3623 Packard St., Apt. 45, Parkersburg, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver from July.
* Donald James Covey, 38, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on charges of grand larceny, two counts of second-offense DUI and fleeing from an officer from July.
* Robert Cross, 30, 1344 Lynn St., Apt. B, Parkersburg, Crystal Butler, 23, 1408 Liberty St., Apt. 1, Parkersburg and Warren Taylor, 2001 23rd St., Apt.. 1, Parkersburg, were named as co-defendants. Cross was indicted on three counts each of burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary, two counts of petit larceny and one count each of grand larceny, unlawful taking of a vehicle, fraudulent use of an access device, conspiracy to commit fraudulent use of an access device and fraudulent possession of an access device all from October 2011. Butler was indicted on charges of fraudulent use of an access device, conspiracy to commit fraudulent use of an access device and fraudulent possession of an access device all from October 2011. Taylor was indicted on three counts each of burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary, two counts of petit larceny and one count each of grand larceny, unlawful taking of a vehicle, fraudulent use of an access device and forgery from October 2011.
* Tyler Ashbey Deems, 20, 2542 Dudley Ave., Parkersburg, was indicted on two counts of burglary and one count each of unlawful entry and grand larceny from December 2011.
* Richard Dusting, 36, was indicted on two counts of grand larceny from May and June.
* Aaron Matthew Ewing, 32, 539 Larkmead Road, Parkersburg, was indicted on two counts of third-offense DUI and driving while license revoked for DUI from January.
* Richard Lee Farley, 55, 27805 Birch St., Parkersburg, was indicted on a charge of failure to provide notice of registration changes from December 2011 and January.
* Joshua Freeman, 26, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on charges of grand larceny by bringing stolen property into the state from May 2012.
* Larry Paul Gross, 43, 2312 Sixth St., Parkersburg, and Melody Fox, 34, 607 Elder St., Parkersburg, were named as co-defendants in an indictment charging them with grand larceny and conspiracy to commit grand larceny from December 2011.
* Michael Hendrickson, 49, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on charges of burglary, destruction of property and petit larceny from May 2012.
* Timothy Huffman, 64, 2701 New York Ave., Parkersburg, was indicted on two counts each of distribution and display to minor of obscene matter and employment or use of a minor to assist in doing sexually explicit conduct from May through October 2011.
* Eric Lee Jones, 48, 1915 19th St., Apt. 5, Parkersburg, was indicted on charges of third-degree sexual assault and sexual abuse by a custodian from November 2011.
* Stephen Kent, 41, 808 1/2 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was indicted on seven counts of possession of material depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct from April.
* Dale Eugene Logston, 20, and Travis S. McCune, 21, both of 912 Virginia Ave., Parkersburg, were named as co-defendants in an indictment. Logston was charged with conspiracy to commit battery, two counts of conspiracy to commit malicious assault and one count of malicious assault from November 2011. McCune was charged with two counts each of attempted burglary and conspiracy to commit malicious assault, and one count each of battery, conspiracy to commit battery and malicious assault from November 2011.
* Sammi L. Lyons, 25, 1034 Court St., Lot 20, Elizabeth, was indicted on four counts of fraudulent use of an access device from December 2011.
* Terry Lynn McAlarney, 55, 1735 Mathoit St., Parkersburg, was indicted on a charge of failure to provide notice of registration changes from August 2011.
* Mark W. McClung, 46, 7004 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, was indicted on three counts of delivery of a controlled substance from January 2011.
* Mario McDonald, 24, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance from January.
* Misty Martin, 32, 1009 18th St., Apt. C, Vienna, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver from May.
* Billy Lee Miller, 49, 1406 Gihon Road, Lot 31, Parkersburg, was indicted on charges of second-offense manufacture of a controlled substance, second-offense possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and two counts of domestic battery from October 2011.
* Harry Shane Mills, 55, 1537 Blennerhassett Heights, Parkersburg, was indicted on two counts first-degree sexual abuse, three counts of sexual abuse by a custodian and first-degree sexual assault from January 2002 to January 2005.
* Jessie M. Morrison, 35, 848 Greene St., Marietta, was indicted on a charge of grand larceny from December.
* Patrick W. Moyer, 28, 34 Chestnut Ridge, Kenna, was indicted on an embezzlement charge from December through February.
* Raymond J. Munson, 28, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver from January.
* Misty Dawn Napier, 31, 1700 Pike St., Parkersburg, was indicted on charges of petit larceny and four counts of fraudulent use of an access device from December 2011.
* Elizabeth Dawn Parrish, 25, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on a charge of child neglect creating risk of injury from June.
* Brian Michael Peters, 28, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on charges of burglary, domestic battery, two counts of burglary and unlawful taking of a vehicle from August.
* Gerald Christopher Piggott, 29, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on two counts of burglary and one count each of unlawful entry, breaking and entering, entering without breaking and grand larceny from August.
* Jamie D. Prince, 22, 9578 Zion Ridge Road, Marietta, was indicted on charges of burglary, unlawful entry and petit larceny from November.
* Adam Lee Sams, 30, 915 19th St., Parkersburg, was indicted on charges of breaking and entering and petit larceny.
* Steven Siegel, 23, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, and Michelene Wiggers, 23, 120 Washington Gardens Road, Washington, W.Va., were named a co-defendants. Siegel was charged with four counts of delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and conspiracy to commit delivery of a controlled substance from May. Wiggers was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and conspiracy to commit delivery of a controlled substance from May.
* Tylor Broc Thomas, 20, 80 Meadowview Acres, Mineral Wells, Austin Latrell Cross, 21, 323 Mineral Manor Way, Parkersburg, and Melissa Layne Ayers were named as co-defendants. Thomas and Cross were charged with breaking and entering, conspiracy to commit breaking and entering, attempted grand larceny and conspiracy to commit grand larceny from January. Ayers was charged with conspiracy to commit breaking and entering, attempted grand larceny and conspiracy to commit grand larceny from January.
* Travis Eugene Vincent, 27, lot 23 and 24, Ferrell Valley, Mineral Wells, was indicted on charges of four counts of first-degree sexual assault, seven counts of sexual abuse by a custodian from November 2003 to September 2011 and three counts of first-degree sexual abuse from July 2011 to August 2011.
* Oneida L. Westfall, 35, 803 W. Fourth St., Williamstown, was indicted on charges of petit larceny, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and delivery of a controlled substance from November 2011.
* Jerry Lee Wigal, 46, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on charges of first-degree sexual abuse and sexual abuse by a person in a position of trust from February 2011.
* Larry Lee Wright, 70, 585 Pond Creek Road, Belleville, was indicted on three counts of sexual abuse by a custodian from January 2008 through January 2010.
* Tyler David Wright, 20, in custody at the Anthony Correction Center, was indicted on charges of second-degree sexual assault, first-degree sexual abuse and incest from December 2010.
* Dale Ann Yoho, 41, 1119 13th St., Parkersburg, was indicted on charges of petit larceny and two counts of fraudulent use of an access device from December 2011.
