Pickering Associates announces changes in management

PARKERSBURG - Pickering Associates has made several changes to its management team.

Ryan Taylor was elected by the board of directors as president of Pickering Associates. He was vice president for several years and worked in directing and growing the company. As president he will direct the daily operations and continue improvements within the organization, according to a news release. He will be responsible for leading activities of the organization and implementing corporate strategy through his executive team.

Past president Charles "Chip" Pickering will be chief executive officer. He will be focused on organizational strategy and development of special projects and campaigns.

Dave Boggs has been appointed vice oresident of operations and will manage the daily operations, coordinate management activities and supervise the organization's financial, organizational scheduling and HR activities.

Joe Lambert has been appointed vice president of project management and his responsibilities will include the development and facilitation of the project management processes.

Traci Stotts has been appointed vice president of marketing and development. She will be responsible for coordinating the organization's marketing efforts.
