The bride-to-be is the daughter of Doug and Betsy Smith of Vienna. She is a 2002 graduate of Marshall University with a bachelor's degree in psychology. She is employed at Highmark WV as a quality analyst.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Rick and Pam Bell of Parkersburg and Lisa Lamont of Carmi, Ill.
