Responders’ work appreciated

July 15, 2012
Parkersburg News and Sentinel

I am writing this because of an accident on July 3 at about 11:30 a.m. When I called 911 I could not have been more pleased with the response from the state police and then the city police. It didn't take the state police more than 30 seconds to respond to the accident, and the city department about 30 seconds after that.

I am very grateful for all the participants, including the firemen from Station 3 and the Camden Clark ambulance unit. It is these people we need to commend for what they do every day. I appreciate the help.
